How do I make an appointment?

Are you a new client? We’ll just need your name, email address and phone number to make an appointment. Existing client? There’s no passwords to remember, you can sign in with your email address and the client portal uses your email to securely connect you to all of your account information, including the scheduler. You can also download the SimplePractice telehealth app on your phone that allows you to join a session simply by providing your name and the appointment link from your scheduling confirmation email. If you have any trouble with the scheduler, please call or text (856) 905-0032 and we’ll help you get scheduled.

What should I expect in a therapy session?

Therapy is personalized and collaborative. You should expect to feel heard, understood, supported, encouraged and ultimately able to notice a positive impact. The sessions usually last 55 minutes and includes checking in, following up on previously discussed concerns or objectives and reviewing established goals.

Do you take my insurance?

Currently Christin is a provider for Aetna, United Behavioral Health (Optum), Highmark BCBS, ComPsych, and Quest Behavioral.

If I cannot make an appointment, how do I cancel?

Sometimes, canceling happens. You can either log in and cancel on the client portal or respond to the reminders letting us know that you need to cancel or reschedule. Please give at least 24 hours notice; any late cancellations will be subject to a $50 charge.

How much does this cost?

New clients can book a free 15 minute session. When booking an appointment using insurance, the specialist copay would apply to each session. If we don’t use insurance, the cost is $100 per session, payable at the time of the session. Sliding scale options are available and will be determined at an individual basis.

How long will it take?

Depending on your situation and personal goals, therapy can have a positive impact as soon as the first session. On average, sessions occur once a week for 12 - 16 weeks and then they are reduced over time.

When can we meet?

Below are the times in which sessions are available. Emails, texts and voicemails will be addressed outside of session hours. All times are provided in EST.
